01 NFP · Disability Services · Cyber Risk Governance

Cyber Security Gap Assessment and Compliance Action Plan

Conducted a cyber security gap assessment for Arc Disability Services — a registered NDIS provider — mapping current practices against the ISO 27001 information security management framework to identify compliance gaps and areas of risk. The assessment evaluated data governance, access controls, incident response, staff awareness, vendor management, and policy documentation against NDIS Practice Standards and Privacy Act 1988 obligations.

Findings were synthesised into a prioritised compliance action plan, enabling Arc Disability Services to address critical gaps first and build a structured pathway to stronger cyber risk governance — protecting participant data and supporting continued NDIS registration and compliance.
