Design. Prototype. Manufacture.
We take projects from digital design through to finished components, reducing development time and delivering fit-for-purpose outcomes.

Digital Design and Fabrication Focus Areas
Our digital design and fabrication capability supports everything from early concept and scanning through to prototyping, production, and assembly. We offer practical, hands-on support across the following focus areas.
3D Scanning
High-resolution 3D scanning to capture accurate digital models for reverse engineering, repair, modification, and reproduction of existing parts.
Digital Design
Creation and optimisation of digital design files for 3D printing and CNC, including new designs, reverse engineering, and production files.
Prototyping
Rapid prototyping and functional testing to refine concepts, validate designs, and support the transition from idea to viable product.
Fabrication
Manufacture of parts and components using 3D printing and CNC machining, suitable for functional use, fixtures, enclosures, and low-volume production.
Product Assemby
Assembly of parts and small-batch builds, including integration, finishing, and coordination with external partners for larger-scale production.
Custom Products
Design and manufacture of bespoke products tailored to specific needs, including branded items, tools, fixtures, and specialised components.
AIG MADE
AIG MADE is the Manufacturing, Applied Design and Education arm of Australian Impact Group.
We turn ideas into real-world outcomes. From concept through to production, we help organisations move quickly from design to physical parts, products, and systems.
Our workshop brings together 3D printing, CNC machining, laser cutting, and digital design, allowing us to prototype, test, refine, and manufacture in-house, with the flexibility to support small-batch and scaled production.
Alongside this, we build capability in digital design, advanced manufacturing, and emerging technologies, including augmented and virtual reality. This supports teams, educators, and organisations to understand, adopt, and apply new tools in practical ways.
We support:
• Replacement and off-market parts
• Prototypes and functional test pieces
• Custom fixtures, jigs, and tooling
• Bespoke components and assemblies
• Branded and promotional products
• Skills development in digital design and emerging technologies
By combining fabrication, design, and education, we reduce complexity, shorten development time, and build the capability needed to sustain it. AIG MADE makes ideas tangible, useful, and ready for the real world.

Who we work with
We work across a range of sectors where change, innovation, and capability uplift are critical. Our experience spans early-stage businesses through to government, education, and industry, supporting organisations that are building, adapting, and scaling in complex and fast-moving environments.
