Refund Policy for Program Purchases – Creative Catalyst Store (App Store & Google Play)

Last updated: 24 March 2025

Creative Catalyst is a digital platform and linked brand operated under the Australian Impact Group, used to distribute our physical and digital products, including programs, toolkits, and learning content focused on innovation.

If you purchase a program or digital product via the Creative Catalyst Store through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the following refund policy applies:

Digital Products and Programs

All program and digital content purchases made through the Creative Catalyst mobile app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play) are final and non-refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Subscription and In-App Purchases

For any in-app subscriptions or ongoing content access fees:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple or Google account settings.

  • Refunds for cancelled subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google, not Australian Impact Group or Creative Catalyst.

  • We recommend reviewing Apple or Google’s individual refund policies for more information:

Consumer Guarantees

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if a product or service you purchase:

  • Is faulty or not as described

  • Fails to meet consumer guarantees

If you believe this applies to your purchase, please contact us at info@australianimpactgroup.com  with details of your purchase and your concern. We will respond within a reasonable time to resolve the issue.

Physical Products

If you purchase any physical products via the Creative Catalyst website or app, please refer to the Returns & Exchanges section on our website for specific policies relating to those items.
